How long does delivery take?
Orders to Germany and the United States typically arrive in 7–14 business days. EU-wide delivery takes 10–18 business days. Other international orders take 14–25 business days. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship to the United States?
Yes! We ship to the US with an estimated delivery of 7–14 business days. All prices are shown in USD for US visitors. Free shipping applies.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide — to the US, EU, and most countries globally. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Every order comes with a tracking number sent to your email within 1–3 business days of placing your order.

Do the smart feeders work with 5GHz WiFi?
Most of our smart feeders use 2.4GHz WiFi only. Please ensure your router supports 2.4GHz (virtually all routers do — just select the 2.4GHz network during setup).
Are the products safe for my pet?
Yes. All our products are made from pet-safe, BPA-free materials and are designed with your pet's safety in mind.
What size harness should I order?
We recommend measuring your dog's chest girth and comparing to our size guide. When in doubt, size up — our harnesses are fully adjustable.
